Online Introduction to Equine Facilitated Learning – 28 July-11 August 2022

Equi-Scotia’s Introduction to Equine Facilitated Learning course is a comprehensive series of 3 two-hour workshops. Upon completion, students will receive an Equi-Scotia CIC Certificate of Attendance in Introduction to Equine Facilitated Learning & and copies of all documentation included in each session.

This course is suitable for; practicing coaches, therapists, counsellors, educators,  or youth workers  who want to learn how to safely and effectively develop social and emotional competencies through non-riding activities with horses.  EFL is an especially useful addition to income generating activities at any RDA or BHS centre wishing to add non riding activities supporting wellbeing to their range of services.

Mental Health First Aid Course Level 2/5 – 1 August 2022

This course will provide you with the knowledge to identify suspected mental health conditions and the skills to start a conversation surrounding mental health.

You will also learn about the first aid action plan for mental health and know how to implement a positive mental health culture in the workplace.
